| The Sri Gobind Tricentenary Dental College (SGT), affiliated to the Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, offers the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course. This degree is approved by the Dental Council of India and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The total seat strength is 100 students per year. |

| For the Bachelor of Dental Surgery course, 4 years, followed by 1 Year of compulsory rotatory internship. |
|
| 1st year-BDS |
|
- Gen. Human Anatomy including Embryology & Histology.
- General Human Physiology & Biochemistry.
- Dental Materials
|
|
|
|
| 2nd Year – BDS |
|
| On successful completion of the 1st professional examination, candidate
can appear for the IInd professional examination in: |
-
General & Dental Pharmacology & Therapeutics.
- General Pathology & Microbiology.
- Human Oral Anatomy including Embryology & Histology.

| 3rd Year -BDS |
|
|
On successful completion of the IInd professional examination, candidate can appear for IIIrd professional examination in: |
- General Medicine
- General Surgery
- Oral Pathology & Microbiology
- Community Dentistry

| Final Year -BDS |
|
| Only after passing the IIIrd professional examination candidates can appear in the final professional examination in: |
- Orthodontics
- Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry
- Prosthodontics, Crown & Bridge work
- Periodontics
- Oral Medicine, Oral Diagnosis and Radiology
- Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics
- Oral Surgery, Local & General Anesthesia
