Introduction

Sri Gobind Tricentinary Dental College, Hospital & Research Institute proudly possesses the complete know-how to prepare students professionals of first rate. We have a plethora of doctors, dental surgeons & auxiliary staff who are highly competent & well-versed in the latest clinical skills. Our dental college also organizes special scientific activities like lectures & scientific presentations by well-known academicians from different parts of country & overseas. These are specialists who light up the scientific & professional scenario. Continuing dental health programmes are regularly held for education & motivation of the rural people pertaining to dental problems & complete oral health care. The students of this college have topped in university exams & got medals in different subjects. They have won various Awards & trophies in inter college sports & competitions also. Our institution has won laurels in all the fields.

History

The foundation to SGT Dental college was laid in August 2000, with the avowed objective of following and spreading the message of Sri Guru Govind Singh, who said that the highest service to mankind is through the spread of learning. The management of the college therefore aims to achieve academic excellence as well as provide health care facilities to all through this institution. The first academic session commenced in 2002-03.

Our Assets

Our Hospital has an OPD which is attended by 200-250 patients everyday. There is an indoor facility of 100 beds & 2 operation theatres wherein major or minor surgeries, Cancer treatments & Gynae operations are performed daily. To cater to maximum patients, the hospital is running 6 buses giving free service to bring patients from 45 - 50 villages. Under Social & Preventive medicine, the hospital is distributing free medicines in 53 neighboring villages. Apart from this the college has got a sphere Physiotherapy clinic, workshop, ICU & ambulance for any emergency. The hospital provides 24 hrs. emergency care.

All in all, we provide friendly practical medical environment for students.

Management

The institution is managed by the Dashmesh Educational Charitable Trust, under the chairmanship of Shri Ram Bahadur Rai, an eminent personality in the field of journalism, and the leadership of reputed educationist Shri Manmohan Singh Chawla, who is the Managing Trustee. Mr.Ram Bahadur Rai

The Sri Gobind Tricentenary Dental College, Hospital & Research Institute, Budhera, Gurgaon, was set up by the Dashmesh Education Charitable Trust with the avowed object of spreading the message of Sri Guru Gobind Singh that the highest service is provided by the spread of learning. Therefore, the Trust aims not only to provide quality education in the field of medical science and healthcare by the creation of a center of academic excellence and for propogating the message of universal brotherhood of Sikhism.
